The GG1 was first introduced in the MTH 2007 One Gauge catalog.
- Detail is excellent and true to prototype with key detail parts being made of metal/brass
- Axles and gears are all metal for long life
- Eliminates failures seen in other mfg engines: Gear & Motor bearing failures
- Metal frame and die cast metal truck frames with plastic body shell.
- Auto-operating functional pantographs.
- Comes with remote triggered Proto-couplers on each end
