Model Overview:

The Challenger is part of MTH's very first One Gauge steam offerings. 

  • Detail is excellent and true to prototype with key detail parts being made of metal/brass
  • Axles and gears are all metal for long life
  • Plastic frames (both front and rear engine sets) with plastic boiler and tender shell. 
  • Smoke output from both stacks timed to engine chuffs
  • All metal connecting rods and running gear
